Who operates Synquestra
Synquestra is a product of Cyclotron Technologies. It is currently offered through invitation-only early access.
Early-access requests
We collect the name, work email, organisation, selected use case, consent record and limited campaign parameters submitted through the request form. We use this information to review the request, communicate about access and understand which product workflows matter. We do not sell these details.
Workspace content
When an invited workspace becomes operational, Synquestra may process brand configuration, source content, channel drafts, approved media, schedules, publishing evidence and provider analytics. Workspace access is designed to be isolated and permission-controlled.
Social connections
Synquestra will use official OAuth and provider APIs only. We do not request social-media passwords. Provider access and refresh tokens must remain encrypted and server-side; real connections stay disabled until that control is verified.
Retention and choices
Early-access requests are retained while the programme is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support and recordkeeping. You may ask Cyclotron Technologies to correct or remove your request. Provider-side data is also subject to the relevant provider's policies.

Security controls continue to be tested as the product develops. No certification or regulatory-compliance status is implied by this notice.
