Review draft — not effective. Required company facts and legal clauses remain unresolved. This version cannot be accepted or used to unlock workspace access.

Acceptable-use rules for governed content, accounts, workspaces and publication evidence.

Authority and honest identity

Do not publish without authority from the relevant account or organisation. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, make unauthorised brand claims, attach another workspace’s accounts, tokens or media, or represent an attempted claim as successful without provider evidence.

Harmful and unlawful activity

Do not submit fraudulent, unlawful, infringing or malicious content; phishing, malware or credential theft; content lacking required rights; or unlawful personal or confidential information. Do not use Synquestra for unauthorised scanning, scraping, access or interference.

Automation and platform integrity

Do not send spam, use abusive bulk automation, manipulate engagement or metrics, circumvent provider, plan, usage, rate or security restrictions, or misrepresent Synquestra as guaranteeing platform approval, publication, reach, engagement or search indexing.

Governance and evidence

Do not bypass maker-checker or workspace approval controls; falsify approvals, publication status, analytics or Publication Receipts; or attempt to manipulate, suppress or delete immutable audit evidence. Ordinary users have no right to erase security, approval, legal-acceptance or publication evidence outside an approved lawful process.

Proportionate enforcement

Depending on severity and recurrence, Cyclotron Technologies may issue a warning, temporarily restrict a feature, suspend a connection, suspend a workspace or terminate access. Relevant evidence may be preserved, and Cyclotron Technologies may cooperate with lawful authority requests where required. Emergency controls must not delete customer content, audit history or Publication Receipts.
